11 Start-up operasi
11,1 Pertama tahap instalasi
Selama fase instalasi Pertama diisi air dalam ketel. Maka perlu untuk mengatur benar
boiler's suhu.
11.1.1 Memuat boiler
Pastikan bahwa limbah cair ember adalah benar ditempatkan.
Versi AR - Buka keran air rangkaian.
Versi AA - Isi tangki air biru.
Buka pintu depan.
Masukkan kunci plastik ke dalam keselamatan saklar dan menyalakan mesin.
Mesin mulai membuat secara otomatis operasi Instalasi Pertama.
Layar menampilkan:

Mesin dimulai secara otomatis memuat ketel dengan air. Ketel diisi di sekitar 3 menit. Di

11.1.2 Modifikasi suhu operasi
Untuk mengubah suhu ambang, setelah pemuatan air di dalam boiler, masukkan kunci plastik ke

Pressing button 4 and 5 set the correct value (the suggested values are 85°C for Instant machines and
92°C for Espresso machines).
Press button 1 to confirm the data and then the key inside the machine on the display board to exit from
PROGRAMMING.
Switch off and on the vending machine using the safety switch.
At the end of the operation the display will shows:

11.2 Second installation phase
The second phase of the installation of the machine contains the cleaning of the parts in contact with
foodstuff, the loading of the food products and the installation of some accessories.
11.2.1 Washing and disinfecting of components in contact
with foodstuff.
With the vending machine switched on, make sure that the display shows:

Open the door. Insert the plastic key into the safety switch. The display shows:
1=PROG
3=FREE
2=DATA 4=CLEAN
5=MAINT.
Make the cleanings of the mixing bowls pressing button 4; the display shows:
CLEANINGS

Press buttons 1, 2 and 3. With all these three buttons use about 3 litres of water altogether (the button 1
makes the cleaning of the group; the other ones the cleaning of the existing mixing bowls). This will
remove any possible trace of dirt from the boiler. Press the internal key on the display board inside the
machine.
Switch off the machine.
Wash hands thoroughly.
Prepare separately, in a suitable container, a disinfecting antibacterial solution of chlorine, according to
